How many consultations can I submit?
Unlimited. There is no per-consult charge.
Is patient information safe?
Yes. Recordings live in a HIPAA-compliant storage vault under a Business Associate Agreement. Patient names, phone numbers, and other identifiers are stripped before any AI processing.
Do I need to book a setup call?
No setup call is required. Subscribe, get portal access, upload your first recording — the first brief lands within a few business days. If you do run into questions, our support email is right there in your portal and a coach replies within one business day.
What if I want hands-on coaching?
Conversion Coach is the entry point into the TruGrowth system, but it is also included in every consulting tier we offer. Growth Partner and Total Practice Partner clients get the Conversion Coach platform bundled in for as long as their engagement runs, and Foundation Kit includes 3 months of access. When you are ready for live coaching, custom scripts, and full Traffic-Convert-Close work, talk to your coach about upgrading.
